At EVP, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used vape devices

Opened e-liquids or nicotine products

Pods, coils, or cartridges that have been opened

Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos/videos of the issue so we can assess it.

Approved faulty items may be replaced or refunded, depending on availability.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 3–5 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
